近日，企查查APP显示大连万达集团股份有限公司及其法定代表人王健林被限制高消费。此前第一财经报道，中国执行信息公开网表明，万达集团新增一则被执行人信息，执行标的高达4亿余元，执行法院为北京金融法院。爱企查App介绍，万达集团成立于1992年9月，王健林担任法定代表人，注册资本10亿元，经营范围广泛。从股东信息看，由大连合兴投资有限公司与王健林共同持股。但目前风险信息不容乐观，公司现存多条被执行人信息，被执行总金额超53亿元，而且其持有的多家公司股权已被冻结。这一系列情况反映出万达集团当前面临着较为严峻的财务挑战和法律纠纷，后续走向值得持续关注。
