目前有两个方法来关闭敏感内容过滤，一是使用网页端，二是使用桌面客户端。从便捷性来考虑自然是网页端更好，不需要借助电脑，直接用手机浏览器就可以解决。1、使用Telegram Web首先登录 Telegram Web 端：https://web.telegram.org/点击右上角的菜单，打开 Settings，将 Show Sensitive Content 的开关打开就完成了。
2、使用桌面客户端首先在下载和安装 Win 或 Mac 版 Telegram：Win版：https://desktop.telegram.org/Mac版：https://macos.telegram.org/登录 Telegram 账号之后打开 Settings – Privacy and Security，把 Sensitive Content 下的 Disable filtering 打开：
